Privacy Policy

Horizon Techvision is a B2B software engineering studio. This page describes what information we collect via this website, why, and how we handle it. We collect as little as we need to do business and run a working contact form. No analytics profiles, no advertising trackers.

Our approach

We are an engineering studio, not a consumer brand. Our website exists primarily so partners, hiring managers, and recruiters can verify our work. We do not sell anything to anonymous visitors and we do not need to track them to do our work.

We do not sell or share personal information. We treat the data you send us with the same engineering discipline we apply to the systems we build for our clients.

Website data collection

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you provide. This information is transmitted to our private inbox and used solely to respond to your inquiry. We retain submissions for a reasonable period to maintain conversation history and then delete them on a rolling basis.

Spam protection. The contact form uses lightweight spam-protection measures: a hidden honeypot field, a submission-time check, rate limiting per IP address, and optionally reCAPTCHA v3. These mechanisms process metadata about the submission attempt and do not build a profile of you.

Server logs. Our servers retain standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, response code, timestamp) for a short period for operational security and abuse prevention. These logs are not used for analytics or marketing.

Third-party services

Web fonts. We load Inter and JetBrains Mono from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts involves a request to Google's servers and is subject to Google's privacy practices.

reCAPTCHA. If enabled, the contact form may load Google reCAPTCHA v3 for spam scoring. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google.

Maps. The contact page includes a static map image and may fall back to an embedded OpenStreetMap view. OpenStreetMap is operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation under their own privacy policy.

Google Ads. We use the Google Ads tag to measure conversions from our advertising campaigns. This involves requests to Google's servers and is subject to Google's privacy practices.

Data rights & deletion

If you have sent us a message via the contact form and would like us to delete it from our inbox, send us a request from the same email address and we will remove it.

If you are subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or a comparable framework, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy in a material way, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give visible notice on the website.
